4 cup cooked rice 5 Tbls. tomato sauce 1 Tbls. soy sauce 3 shallots 1 garlic 2 chillies cabbage sliced black pepper to taste salt to taste oil to fry
|
1. Blend shallots, garlic, and chillies, set aside.
2. Heat oil with skillet, add in sliced cabbage(you can also add Chickens/meat, and vegetables).
3. Add in tomato and soy sauces, stir well.
4. Add in blended ingredients.
5. Stir in the rice, taste with black pepper and salt.
