Spicy Penne Sausage Pasta Mild Spicy Pasta Dish |

2 each bottles of Classical Pasta Sauce (Tomato and herb) 1/2 cup parmesian cheese 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped 3 or 4 packages of Hillshire- Sausages (cajun or italian)sliced 1/2 inch quarters 4 Tbls. olive oil 2 large cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup dry white wine 1-lb penne

1. Pre-heat large skillet medium heat, add oil to pan 2. Add whole sausages and brown outside of each, remove to cutting board and slice 1/2 quarters, place back in skillet 3. Cook sausages until pink is gone 4. Add wine and garlic, cook 2 minutes, deglaze reducing liquid to half 5. Place in a large pot 2 bottles of the brand Classical Spaghetti Sauce in the pot and simmer 6. Meanwhile take a pound or less of penne (I use half the bag) and cook in a seperate pot. 7. Add sausages to sauce and continue simmering until pasta cooks. 8. Add pasta to sauce and cook 1 minute. 9. Add parmesian and parsley and toss well. Serve with garlic cheese bread and top with parmesian and parsley.
