Spinach Manicotti

1 package manicotti noodles 2 packages shredded mozerella cheese 1 package shredded parmesan cheese 1 jar alfredo sauce, or other white sauce 1 package frozen spinach 1 egg 1 15oz. cup ricotta cheese
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare the spinach according to the package.
Prepare the manicotti pasta according to the package.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine spinach, half of the mozzerella cheese, egg, ricotta cheese, and half of the parmesan cheese.
In the bottom of a casserole dish pour 1/2 cup of the sauce. Stuff the manicotti with the cheese and spinach mixture. Place them in the dish. Pour the rest of the sauce over the top of the manicotti and top with the remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
