Tuna Pasta Salad

1 pkg. Fusili 4 tins chunk tuna in water 1 tin flaked tuna in water Mayo 1 small tin sliced black olives 1 tin kidney beans shredded cheese 1 bunch green onions finely sliced 4 green apples finely diced(granny smiths)

cook the pasta and let cool. beat 3-4 big spoons of Mayo with the tin of flaked tuna (throw the water in too). add a big dash of cayenne pepper and a bit of black pepper (to taste).
take the cold pasta and mix in the onions, apples, olives and kidney beans. pour the mayo mixture into the pasta and mix well.
cover pasta with shredded cheese (tex mex shredded cheese works best).
this can be used for lunchs or as a side dish with dinners.
