10 ling su noodles/sheets of lasagne
115g bean sprouts
2 leaves of lettuce
1 red pepper
115g mange tout
2 carrots

 

Chop carrot into thin strips, dice the pepper, shred the lettuce and cut the mange tout in half diangonally.

prepare the lasange or noodles by placing it in boiling water and waiting for them to soften

preheat oven to 150 degrees celcius

heat olive oil in a wok until it is almost smokinging and then add the lettuce, pepper, mange tout carrot and stir fry for 3-4 minutes

add the beansprouts and cook fo a further 4 minutes

place a small amout in each noodle or lasangne sheet and fold it over

put in oven for 10 minutes and then reduce tempurature to a very low setting and leave for as long as you like

this recipe also works if you put pasta sauce in the noodle
