Absolutely Delicious Apple Pie

Pie crust (your favorite homemade or store bought)
4-5 apples cored and sliced or chopped
3/4 C sugar
1/4 C brown sugar
2 T flour
1 tsp cinnamon (can use less or more to taste)
1 T cider vinegar (white vinegar works too)

Soak the apple slices in water while you mix together the filling ingredients; pat apples dry, mix into filling. Spoon into your favorite pie crust, add top crust or lattice, and bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes.
