Apple Crisp Pie

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbls. or more sugar
6 apples, chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
4 Tbls. butter
1/2 cup chopped nut meats (opt)
|
Mix cinnamon, sugar, apples and lemon juice together and put in pie plate with a bottom pie crust.
Mix together brown sugar, flour, butter, and nut meats and crumbled on top of the filling.
Bake at 350 degrees until done, aproximately 45-55 minutes. If tart apples are used, use 3/4 cup sugar in apple mixture.
