Apple Dumplings

1 container Pillsbury Grands Biscuits four pie apples, peeled, cored, quartered 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 cup water 1/2 cup melted butter 1 tsp. vanilla cinnamon & sugar mixed in a shaker

Flatten each biscuit, sprinkle inside with sugar and cinnamon, wrap around half of apple and place seam side down in a buttered 7x11 or 9x13 pan. Sprinkle tops of dumplings with sugar & cinnamon. Combine rest of ingredients and pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until nicely browned. Serve warm. May top with ice cream or whipped cream.
