Butter Tart & Raisin Filling

1 cup of Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Butter 1/2 Cup Corn Syrup 2 Eggs 3/4 Tsp Vanilla 1 Cup Raisins (Washed and Dried)

No Beater (Stir with Spoon).
Wash Raisins and Place on Dry Paper Towel before mixing into all the rest of the ingredients. Mix all the ingredients in the order given. Put in Unbaked Tart Shells and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. This recipe usually makes 18 medium tarts.
