Carrot Pie Great for Carrot Lovers! |

10 peeled carrots 1 12-inch pie crust 1 cup flour Few dashes of salt and pepper oil milk
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Put carrots in blender with oil and milk. Blend until chunky mixture appears.
Put mixture in pie crust. Put top on crust and put in oven.
Check on it every 30 minutes, when pie crust browns take out and let cool.
Enjoy your Pie!!!
