Chocolate Mint Pie A Minty Fresh and Chocolate Pie! |

Crust: 15-25 Crushed Chocolate cookies 3-4 Tbls. butter
Filling: 4 oz. Cream Cheese 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 oz. Creme de Menthe liquor 2 oz. Creme de Cacao liquor 8 oz. heavy whipping cream

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a bowl, mix crushed cookies and butter. Pat into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie dish. Bake in oven for 5 to 10 minutes; remove from oven and cool completely. Allow to chill in freezer.
In kitchen aid combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Add creme de menthe and creme de cacao, and mix well.
Whip heavy cream and fold into mixture.
Pour into chilled pie shell.
Top with shaved dark chocolate, mini chocolate chips or crushed candy canes for the holiday.
Chill for 3 hours.
