Coconut Pie Lots of Coconut |

1 1/2 cups sugar 1 stick soft butter 5 eggs 3/4 cup buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla 7oz. coconut 2-pie shells
|
Cream together butter and sugar. Beat eggs, add to sugar, and add buttermilk. Add vanilla and mix together, add coconut and stir again....put equal amounts into pie shells. Bake 30 to 45 mins. at 350 degrees!
