7 heaped tbsp self raising flour 3 & 1/2 oz of butter cold water to mix Slice 2 medium steaks slice 1 onion slice 2 medium potatoes
|
Rub butter through flour then add water to mix into smooth dough & rest in fridge until ready for use. Roll out dough & halve. Use half filling on each, potatoes on bottom onion next then meat. Fold up pastry, baste with an egg & bake in oven at 180 until golden brown - about 45 minutes.
