Divine Lime Pie Chilled Lucious Dessert! |

4 egg yolks 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/3 cup lime juice 2-3 drops green food coloring 1 cup chilled whipping cream 1 graham cracker pie crust or 1 baked pie crust 1/2-1 cup chilled whipping cream

Beat egg yolks in small mixer bowl till light and lemon-colored. Mix sugar, salt, lime juice, and egg yolks in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens (about 5 minutes). Cool. Stir in food coloring. Beat 1 cup whipping cream until stiff. Fold in the lime mixture. Spoon into pie shell. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Beat 1/2-1 cup whipping cream until stiff. Cover the lime pie with the sweetened whipped cream. Serve!
