3 cups flour 1 cup shortening 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 1 egg 2 tsp. vinegar 1/2 cup cold water
|
Put flour, salt, sugar in bowl. Cut in shortening. Mix egg, vinegar and water and add to flour. Mix until blended. Don't over mix.
Chill for 1 hour.
