Pie Crust

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 1/2 tsp. salt 6 Tbls. shortening 3 Tbls. milk
|
Combine flour, and salt in a mixing bowl. Blend shortening and milk, add to flour mixture, stir with fork untill mixture forms a ball, shape into a ball, flatten slightly.
Place between 2 pieces of wax paper, roll to a circle 2 inches longer than a pie pan.
