Puff Pastry with Apple and Cheese

1 sheet puff pastry 1 cup ricotta cheese 1/2 tsp. sugar 3 apples, peeled and sliced thin 2 Tbls. walnuts, chopped
|
Mix sugar, nuts and cheese in a bowl and set aside.
Cut the pastry into four large circles while leaving two pieces uncut on opposite sides of each other. Fold right side of outer circle to the left side and left side of the outer circle to the right.
Spread a light layer of the mixture on the puff pastry. Add the sliced apples in a fan around the inside of the pastry and place in the freezer to cool.
Put in a preheated 450 degree F. oven and cook until light brown.
