Steviacane Blueberry Muffins

12 1/2 ounces of cake flour 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup steviacane 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 egg 1 cup plain yogurt 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
|
Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. In a large bowl, whisk together the steviacane, oil, egg and yogurt. Add the dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Fold in the blueberries. Grease a muffin tin and fill the cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
