1 cup shortening (crisco) 2 tsp. milk 6 Tbls. boiling water 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp. salt
|
Mix shortening, milk and boiling water in mixer until creamy. Add flour and salt all at once and mix with a fork or a large spoon. Divide into 2 parts and roll each between two pieces of wax paper. Can be doubled for 5 single crusts. Left over dough can be stored in air tight container in fridge.
