Barb'q'd Spare Ribs (Chicken or Pork Chops)
1/4 cup water
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
Dash of Lemon juice
1 tsp worchester sauce
salt and pepper to taste
onion slices according to taste
a couple of good shakes of chili powder
1/2 cup brown sugar

 

For Ribs - Cook ribs without flour in a roaster 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Then add onion slices, and cooks another 30 minutes. Then add sauce and cook for at least 30 minutes or until you feel your dish is well done.

For Chicken - Brown your chicken in 2 tbsps of oil in a pan before putting in your roaster. Then add onion slices and cook in oven for 30 minutes. Then add sauce and cook for at least another 30 minutes or until you feel your dish is well done.

For Pork chops - Brown your chops in 2 tbsps of oil in a pan before putting in your roaster. Then add onion slices and cook in oven for 30 minutes. then add sauce and cook for at least another 30 minutes o until you feel your dish is well done.

Check your dish every 1/2 hour. Then Serve when you feel it is completely cooked.
