Barbecue Ribs Finger-Licking Good!!! |
3 lbs. pork ribs (or beef ribs) 2 Tbls. margarine 1 medium onion 1 clove garlic 1 cup ketchup 2 Tbls. vinegar 2 Tbls. lemon juice 2 Tbls. worcestershire sauce 2 Tbls. brown sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Cook the ribs in a 350 degree oven for one hour. Drain off the fat.
Melt the margarine in a large microwave-safe bowl, add onion. Cook until onions are sauteed well. Add the remaining ingredients and cook in the Microwave on High for about 10-15 minutes, stirring every so often.
Pour over the ribs and bake 1 1/2 hours longer at 350 degrees.
This makes about 2 1/4 cups of sauce, enough for 3 pounds of ribs.
