Boneless AppleJack BBQ (oven) Ribs Ribs with a little something extra |

boneless pork ribs or pork loin cut into strips ½ cup of apple brandy 2 cloves of garlic, minced cayenne pepper to taste ½ tsp of salt 2 cups Bullseye barbecue sauce ½ cup of brown sugar water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In sauce pan combine apple brandy, garlic, two tablespoons of brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and salt. Boil on high, stirring occasionally. Light alcohol on fire and reduce until alcohol has burned off. Add barbecue sauce. Heat to simmer and remove from heat.
Put ribs in sauce for 10 minutes.
Put about an inch of water in bottom of broiling pan. Place ribs on pan and cover with foil. Put in oven for fifteen minutes.
Flip ribs over and use a brush to add more sauce to the ribs and bake for eight minutes covered. While it is baking add the rest of the brown sugar to the sauce and stir.
Put the oven on lo broil and add another coat of sauce mixture. Broil for five minutes uncovered.
Finally, flip the ribs again, adding more sauce with brush. Broil for five minutes, uncovered.
Remove from oven and brush on more sauce before serving.
