Cajun-Style Grilled Pork Chops Quick-n-Easy But Tasty! |

4 boneless center-cut pork chops 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tsp. rubbed sage 1 Tbls. paprika 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
|
Combine the seasonings and mix well.
Coat the chops on both sides with the seasoning.
Brown on medium-high heat approximately 7-8 minutes per side, turning only once.
Note: Au Jus from this makes the basis for an excellent cream-style cajun gravy!
