Crispy Fried Pork and Apples

6 butterflied Pork chops, 1/2in thick 1 large apple, peeled and cored 2 eggs 2 Tbls. Half and Half 1 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs 1 tsp. ground ginger 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground corriander 1/4 tsp. ground allspice Cooking oil for frying

Pound each chop with a meat mallet. Slice the apple into 6 rings. Blend eggs and half and half in a small mixing bowl. Mix bread crumbs, ginger, salt, corriander, and allspice in a shallow dish, set aside. Heat two to three inches of cooking oil in a deep fryer or deep saucepan to 350 degrees F. Dip pork and apple rings in the egg mixture, then in the bread mixture to coat. Fry two or three chops at a time until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Then fry the apple rings till golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
