Crock Pot Pork Steak Casserole

1 1/2 pound pork steak cut into strips 2 tablespoons Oil 1 large onion, chopped 1 small green pepper, chopped 8 ounces can tomato sauce 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce rice or noodles, cooked

Brown pork in oil in skillet. To remove excess fat drain on paper towels. Place pork strips and all remaining ingredients in crockpot for 6 to 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
Serve over noodles or rice.
