2 Tablespoons brown sugar 2 Tablespoons cornstarch 2 Tablespoons vinegar 2 Tablespoons Soya Sauce 1/3 cup ketchup 1 19oz. can pineapple 1 pound pork cubes

Brown pork. Add all the ingredients together except the pineapple. Mix well, pour over cooked pork. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add pineapple, then cook for five minutes. Serve over rice.
