Delicious baked ham
2 lb. fully cooked boneless ham
3/4 c. brown sugar
two small oranges
Needed: meat slicer, zester

Slice ham in thin slabs.
Arrange in large baking pan.
Zest two oranges.
In mixing bowl combine the juice of two oranges, the zest, and the brown sugar. Stir until the brown sugar is dissolved.

Pour orange & brown sugar mixture over and under ham slices.

Cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until the ham is thoroughly heated.

Note: I usually cut this recipe in half, slicing only one half of the ham and putting the remainder of the ham in the freezer for another meal. The halved version serves 5-6 people easily. Slicing the ham is very important. The result is tastier and far less expensive than the holiday spiral hams.

Preparation Time: 30 min. Serves: 8-15
