Flavourful Grilled Pork These are Worth the Effort! |
|
|
4 lean pork chops (not frozen) 1 large onion 1 tsp. lemon juice salt and pepper water Balsamic vinegar worcestershire sauce celery carrots extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
|
Chop your vegetables into bite-size pieces.
Set a small pot with a lid to medium heat. Place just enough EVOO to cover the bottom of the pot. Now make sure you have a lid for this. Toss in the onions and quickly put on the lid. You do this because when you add the onions it will spit at you.
Wait for a minute then add the rest of the vegetables, a few drops of worcestershire sauce and a tad bit of water.
Preheat your grill and get it hot.
Add a tad of balsamic vinegar and a bit more water, and also add the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir your mixture frequently.
Spray your grill and then place the pork on it. You want to cook it until it gets white on both sides. When that happens take a basting brush and baste your pork with the contents of the pot. Keep this action up flipping and then basting every few minutes. When he pork is fully cooked pour the left over sauce over top and then voila. It is complete!
