Ginger Pork Chops

6 thick-cut pork chops 1/2 pound fresh sliced mushrooms 1/2 stick butter 1/4 cup orange juice 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. sage 1 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1 Tbsp. butter 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Mix salt, pepper, and sage together and rub on pork chops. Heat the butter and the olive oil in a skillet. Add the pork chops and cook slowly for 10 minutes on each side. Remove chops and add garlic, ginger, and mushrooms to skillet. Saute till tender. Stir in orange juice and cook for several minutes. Return chops to skillet and heat through. Serve over rice.
