Grilled Pork Chops with Plum Sauce and Pistachios Succulent and Simple! |

1/2 cup plum preserves (or jar of Asian plum sauce) 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. salt 4 center cut pork chops, 1/2 in. thick 1/3 cup chopped pistachios
|
In small bowl, mix plum preserves, garlic, soy sauce and salt. Microwave on high 1 minute or until preserves melt. Brush 1 side of each pork chop with plum sauce. Place chops on grill brushed side down. Brush other side with sauce. Cook each side 5 minutes or until done but not overdone. Serve on a bed of hot Risotto and drizzle each chop with remaining sauce and chopped pistachios.
Great served with fresh baby spinach salad. (See salads section.)
