Grilled Pork Tenderloin

2-3 lb. pork tenderloin 1 minced garlic clove 1 1/2 tsp. rosemary, chopped 2 tsp. olive oil 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine oil and other ingredients to form a paste. Coat all pork surfaces and keep cool for up to 2 hours to marinate.
Preheat outdoor grill to high. Place tenderloin in aluminum foil but do not cover completely. Cook on grill until internal temperature is 155 degrees.
Cover tenderloin in aluminum foil loosely for 5-10 minutes. Remove from grill at 160 degrees.
Slice on the diagonal after 10-15 minutes.
