Ham Loaf

1 1/2 pounds ground ham 1 1/2 pounds ground pork 3 eggs, beaten 2 cups tomato juice 1 cup soda crackers, crushed 1 cup bread crumbs 1 small onion, diced 1 small green pepper, diced 2 tsp. prepared mustard
|
Mix bread, cracker crumbs, tomato juice, onion, eggs and mustard together.
Add meats and form into 2 big meat loaves. Pack into loaf pans and bake at 325 degrees F. for 2 hours.
