Jim's Country-Style Pork Ribs Bar-b-Qued Ribs |
 |
 |
6 country-style pork ribs 1 46oz. can pineapple juice 1 large bottle barbecue sauce
|
Trim all the excess fat from ribs.
Place ribs with juice into a large stock pot. Bring ribs to a boil for 1 hour.
Drain and place on a cookie sheet and baste the ribs with barbecue sauce.
Place ribs in oven and broil for 2 1/2 minutes. Then baste the other side and broil them again. Take out of oven and baste a third time, and let them set for 5 minutes.
They are now ready to serve.
You will have to use a spatula to move them because they are so tender they will fall apart. I usually serve them with a potato salad.
