Leftover Pork and Noodles A great way to get two meals out of your pork |

Diced leftover pork, at least 1 C. 1 Bunch green onions, diced 1-2 lbs. cooked pasta, any kind. We use spaghetti, angel hair or linguini Garlic powder and soy sauce to taste

This isn't so much a recipe as it is a great way to use leftover pork.
Cook noodles per pkg. directions, drain and add either 3T. oil or margarine or butter, stir to coat.
Heat diced pork. Place serving of noodles on plate, top with handful of diced pork and green onion, add garlic powder and soy sauce to taste.
This is my mother-in-law, Linda Canitn's, concoction and it's so good we sometimes buy a small pkg. of boneless ribs to make it without the wait for leftovers.
Serve it alone for a light supper or add rolls or bread and a salad for a complete meal.
