Maple Chops Tired of plain pork chops? Try this! |

6 thick pork chops
1/2 cup/125 mL chopped onion
1/2 cup/125 mL maple syrup
2 Tbsp/30 mL cider vinegar
2 Tbsp/30 mL Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp/5 mL chili powder
1/2 tsp/2 mL salt
1/4 tsp/1 mL pepper

Preheat oven to 350F/175Cz
Place the pork chops in a baking pan or baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over pork chops. Bake for about an hour, until no longer pink inside.
