Oven Barbecued Spare Ribs

3 - 4 lbs cut pork spare ribs
6 tbsp chopped onion or to taste 3 tbsp oil
Sauce:
1 cup ketchup 2 tbsps worcestershire sauce 1 /4 cup vinegar 1/8 tsp salt 1/4 cup corn syrup 2 tsp prepared mustard

Bake Ribs at 350 degree F. uncovered for one hour. Drain off excess fat.
In a skillet saute onions in oil until transparent. Store in Remaining Ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.
Pour sauce over partially cooked ribs. Cover roaster tightly with foil and then the lid and bake another hour or so.
NOTE: If you prefer lots of sauce double the sauce recipe.
