Pork Chop Express
4-6 lean pork chops
3 nice zucchini
2 medium-size onions (or 1 large)


 

In paper sack put:
3 Tbls. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbls. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dillweed
1/4 tsp. pepper

Bounce chops in it. Then, in a little oil in a skillet, brown them on both sides. On top of them spread onions, sliced. Add 1/3 cup water, cover and simmer on low 15 min. Then add sliced, unpeeled zucchini and sprinkle the whole thing with leftover flour mix in bag, to which you add 3 Tbls. parmesan cheese and 1/2 tsp. paprika. Do not stir it, but simmer covered for another 25 min.
