Pork Chops with Apples Entrap Your Taste Buds! |

4 pork chops (fat trimmed) 1 glove garlic (crushed) 1/2 cup apple cider 2 apples (cored and sliced) 5 Tbls. plain yogurt 1 tsp. dijon mustard lemon pepper, to taste 3 or 4 sage leaves

Place chops in a zip lock bag with cider, garlic, and sage. Marinade in refrigerator 1-4 hours. Spray skillet with vegatable spray, brown chops on both sides. Add saved marinade, cover and simmer over low heat until tender. Add apple slices, cook on low heat until warmed through. Fork blend yogurt, mustard, and lemon pepper. Top chops with yogurt mixture.
