Pork Kilawin Usually Eaten Along Side Beer! |

1 k. pork 1/2 cup Vinegar 1/3 cup soy sauce 2 medium-size onions, raw, coarsely chopped 2 cups water 1/2 tsp. salt
|
Boil pork in 2 cups water and some salt. Cook until pork is tender and skin easily peels off.
While hot, cut pork into cubes.
Place in a bowl and add vinegar, soy sauce and chopped raw onions.
Serve immediately!
