Pork Marsala

1 lb. thin sliced lean pork loin 1 large yellow onion, chopped 2 cloves fresh garlic, sliced salt and pepper, to taste 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 cup marsala wine 1 Tbls. olive oil
|
Cover pork with wax paper and pound thin. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Chop onions.
Slice garlic cloves.
Brown pork in skillet preheated to medium high until nice and brown and cooked inside.
Once meat is brown, pour 1/4 cup of marsala wine in pan with pork. Remove pork from pan-KEEP WARM.
Place onions and garlic in skillet cook until soft.
Deglaze pan with remander of marsala wine.
Serve pork and onions over white rice!
