Pork Saute with Ginger Root (Japanese) Buta No Shohgayaki |

1 lb. boneless Pork 1/2 cup grated ginger root 2/3 cup soy sauce vegetable oil
|
Slice the pork into thin slices(about 5mm). Mix the pork, grated ginger root, and soy sauce together. Marinate for about 20-30 minutes.
Saute in the oil. Serve with rice for an authentic Japanese dish!
