Pork Vindaloo(Pork Roast) A great Indian cuisine |

3lb. pork 6tbsp tomato paste 2tbsp ginger garlic paste 1tbsp red chilly powder 1tsp coriander powder 1tsp ground pepper 1tsp ground mustard 1/2tsp garam masala 1/2tsp turmeric 1full onion grinded 2tbsp vinegar salt to taste

Coat the pork with all the above ingredients. Marinate for an hour. Cook well in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Crush and fry an onion in a pan using oil or pork fat. Add cooked pork and 1 tsp sugar or maple syrup to taste.Remove from fire when gravy becomes thick.Serve hot.
