Seasoned Thyme Pork Roast

1 3lb.pork loin roast 2 onions, sliced 3 Tbls. oil 1/2 cup Kraft brown sugar BarBQ Sauce 1/4 cup apple juice 2 Tbls. dried thyme leaves 6 apples, sliced 1/2 cup pitted prunes
|
Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
Brown pork and onions in hot oil large ovenproof pot on medium-high heat for 3 minutes, turning occasionally.
Combine barbecue sauce, apple juice and thyme. Pour over ingredients in pot; cover with ovenproof lid. Simmer an additional 10 minutes and then place in oven and bake for 2 hours.
Add the apples and prunes. Bake until the apples are tender.
