Baked Cajun Chicken

1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. tyme 1/4 tsp. garlic fresh 2 Tbls. milk 1/4 tsp. each white, red and black pepper

Rinse chicken, pat dry. Spray 13x9x2 inch pan with vegetable spray. Arrange chicken, meaty side up. Brush with milk. Mix other ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle over chicken. Bake @ 375 degrees F. for 45 to 55 minutes!
