1 cup all-purpose flour 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. thyme, crushed 1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 2 1/2 - 3 lb. chicken, cut-up 2 Tbls. butter or margarine, melted

Mix together first 8 ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
Coat chicken pieces with the ingredients in bowl. Place Chicken, skin-side down, in pan.
Drizzle butter over pieces. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
Turn Chicken and bake until thickest pieces are done, about 20 to 30 minutes longer.
