Catalina Chicken Kris' Excellent Chicken! |

1 bag frozen drumsticks 1 bag frozen thighs (both still with skin) 2 envelopes onion soup mix 16oz. jar with orange marmalade (sweet) 16oz bottle catalina salad dressing
|
Place chicken in roasting pan sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Mix marmelade and salad dressing together and pour over chicken.
Bake at 295 degrees F. for 4 hours or at 325 degrees F. for 3 hours (chicken should be at 170 degrees F).
Serve over rice.
