Cheyenne Rosemary Chicken

1 sprig of fresh Rosemary 2 sprigs of fresh Thyme 1 Tbls. sea salt (Lightly cover both sides of the breast) 1 Tbls. pepper 1 Tbls. garlic powder 1 Tbls. cheyenne pepper 2 Tbls. olive oil (put in the pan)

Pre-heat oil in pan to Me High Temp to sear chicken. Cook on Med High Temperature. Cook each side of the breast for 5 minutes.
