Chicken Dry Fry Best for Munching |

Preferably country chicken is good. Chicken meat contains less fat and cholesterol. Chicken is easily digestible and contains enzymes and vitamins for healthy growth.
Chicken : 1 kg Ginger-garlic paste : 2 Spoons Red Chilly powder : 1 Spoon Spices powder : 1 Spoon Curd : Half Cup All purpose flour : 2 Spoons Corn flour : 2 Spoons Egg white : of one egg Salt : To taste Oil : 500 ml Green Chillies : 10 nos

Wash the chicken pieces and remove water by squeezing. Add all the ingredients except oil to the stuff and allow to marinate for about one hour.
Take a deep bottomed frying pan, add oil and heat. Gently drop the chicken pieces one by one along with the batter in the boiling oil and deep fry on medium flame until the pieces turn deep brown.
Take the pieces in to a plate covered with paper napkins and serve along with circularly cut onion rings and slightly deep fried green chillies.
