Chicken Breast Roast

3 lbs. fresh chicken breast 1 onion, chopped 5 stalks celery, chopped 3 carrots, chopped, peeled 4 potatoes, chopped, peeled 4 cups chicken broth
|
Slice chicken chicken breast into pieces as large as you want them.
Then chop the onion to desired thickness and do the same with celery.
Next peel the carrots and add them in.
Then peel and slice the potatoes to your desired thickness and add.
Add the Chicken Broth.
Mix all the ingredients. Bake in an oven set to 400 degrees F. for 3-4 hours or until done and tender.
Let cool and serve.
