Chicken Pranai Mild Curry |

4 Chicken brests 2 Cardomon pods 2 large onions 2 cloves of garlic 500ml fresh coconut milk 6 fresh tomatoes 100g toasted almonds 200ml single cream 250g rasins 1 tsp. ground ginger 2 chillis

Saute diced onions with garlic and almonds. Add strips of chicken. Season well with Ginger and pepper. Add Chillies and cardomon. Stir.
Add chopped tomatoes with a teaspoon of sugar and reduce to puree. Remove from the heat and stir in cocnut milk. Add cream if required and return to a gentle flame.
Serve with rice and chips. Garnish with raisins.
